This notice explains how myfyp processes personal data when creating and viewing shared YouTube recommendation snapshots.

Data We Process

myfyp processes only the minimum data required to render shared snapshot pages. This can include recommendation identifiers, parsed metadata, snapshot timestamps, and technical request metadata needed for security and abuse prevention.

Purpose and Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Data is processed only to provide the snapshot sharing service, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning public service.

Retention and Deletion

Snapshots are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Each snapshot includes a private remove link that can delete the data immediately.

Data Sharing

Data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Data is disclosed only when required for hosting, infrastructure operation, or legal compliance.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection regarding personal data processed by this service. You may also contact the controller to raise privacy concerns.
